How to Allow 3rd-Party Cookie Access
The security and integrity of user accounts on our platform is extremely important to us, and it is particularly important for users that have administration and moderation privileges. For these users, to ensure a secure connection, we require that third party cookies be allowed on your browser in order to perform admin or moderation actions.
Below are instructions on how to enable 3rd party cookies on various browsers.
Safari
Note
Due to Safari’s Intelligent Tracking Protection, we strongly recommend using Chrome or Firefox for moderation or administration of Viafoura's tool.
iOS 11 and above
- Open Settings
- Select the Safari icon
- Under “Privacy and Security” disable “Prevent cross-site tracking”
iOS 10
- Open Settings
- Select the Safari icon
- Under “Privacy and Security” select “Block Cookies”
- Select “Always Allow”
iOS 9
- Open Settings
- Select the Safari icon
- Select “Always allow”
Computer
- Go to the Safari drop-down menu
- Select Preferences
- Click Privacy in the top panel
- Un-select “Prevent cross-site tracking”
- Or (earlier versions of Safari) – Select “Always allow” option under “Cookies and website data”
Chrome
Computer
- On your computer, open Chrome.
- At the top right, click 3-dots menu and > Settings.
- Under “Privacy and security,” click > Cookies and other site data.
- If “Block third-party cookies” is enabled, complete steps 5 – 7
- Next to “Allow,” click Add.
- Enter the web address: “[*.]viafoura.co”
- Click Add.
- Or – Disable Block third-party cookies
Android
- On your Android phone or tablet, open the Chrome app Chome icon.
- To the right of the address bar, tap More > Settings.
- Tap Site settings > Cookies.
- Turn Cookies on.
- Allow third-party cookies.
Firefox
- Click the menu button and choose Options.
- Select the Privacy & Security panel and go to the “History” section.
- Select “Use custom settings for history”
- Select “Always” for “Accept third-party cookies
