Important Note about Mobile WebView Integrations
Viafoura’s audience engagement tools are built on standard web technologies and are therefore theoretically compatible with WebView implementations in native apps. However, please note that WebView-based implementations are not a formally supported integration path.
Customers choosing this route are responsible for the development, testing, and ongoing maintenance of the bridge between their app and our tools. Viafoura does not provide technical troubleshooting for issues unique to WebView environments, nor can we guarantee that future platform updates will maintain compatibility with custom WebView wrappers.
To ensure the best performance and official support, we strongly encourage using our native SDKs. If our current SDKs do not meet your specific requirements, please reach out to our team to discuss your needs.
